Blueberry banana smoothie


Blueberries     1 cup

Banana     1 full

Red Grapes – 1/4 cup

Low fat Yoghurt   1 cup

Mint leaves  -2

Honey  3 teaspoons


Cut banana into small pieces and place into the bowl of a blender. Add the yoghurt and honey. Blend on lowest speed until smooth, about 5 seconds. Gradually add the mint leaves,grapes and blueberries while continuing to blend on low. Once everything has been incorporated, increase speed, and blend to desired consistency.

Garnish it with grapes and mint leaves.Enjoy your healthy,tasty and low calorie drink.
