Ice cream Bread

 

Ingredients

Vanilla ice cream -1 cup

Self raising flour – 3/4 cup

Sprinkles  or  choco-chips (any of your choice) -1/2 cup

Procedure:

Pre heat your oven at full for 10 minutes. Mix ice-cream and self-raising flour well in a bowl.Fold till they incorporate well. Add few sprinkles of your choice.Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease with a non-stick spray.Pour the batter evenly in the baking pan and place them in the pre-heated oven at 160°C for 15 min.

Allow to cool completely before cutting.

Serve with ice-cream and top them  with hot chocolate syrup.
