In a bowl, add minced mutton, salt, black pepper powder, chopped onion, green chillies, chopped cilantro, chopped parsley, ginger garlic paste along with few drops of olive oil and make small balls.Add a cube of mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese in each meatball and smooth en them to form round ball.
Keep them in refrigerator for an hour to firm.
For the sauce:

To prepare the tomato puree, first make a cross at the base of tomatoes.Boil the tomatoes till they began to leave their skin.Making a cross helps to remove the tomato skin easily when they are piping hot.Grind the tomato pulp in a mixer jar and the puree is ready. In a pan, heat oil in medium. Sauté the garlic and mushrooms for a couple of minutes.Add the tomato puree and bring it to a boil. Then add the rest of the seasoning and salt and cook them to get thicken.Once the sauce has thicken, remove from heat.

Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. In the baking tray, pour half amount of tomato sauce.Above the sauce, place the meatballs one by one.Place the tray in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius to bake. After 15 minutes, take the tray out, turn the meatballs to the other side and pour rest of the tomato sauce.Place some mozzarella cubes and parmesan cheese on top.Again place the baking tray in the oven to bake for 20 -25 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
After approx 20-25 minutes, take the tray out and check if the meatballs have cooked properly from within.

The cheesy tangy and spicy meatballs are ready to be served as snacks or main course with rice, pasta or spaghetti of your choice.
