Irish Coffee cupcakes

patrick's day 2017The fun time is back again with St. Patrick’s day.  Staying in Dublin gave me a reason to celebrate this day.  Thousands of people from all over the world gather to attend the St. Patrick’s day parade. There are so many things to do here on this day apart from mesmerizing parade. Supermarkets are filled with colorful cupcakes, chocolates and traditional Irish tea bracks. Like others, I too thought of participating in this memorial day by baking some Irish cupcakes with Shamrock leaf templates.
