Wanna eat eggs????? Here comes the eggless eggs for all pure vegetarians. Do not get shocked. These are the yummilicious white chocolate dessert that I made for a mango competition and it was appreciated alot. People cannot get for their eyes if you tell they are not real eggs. This is one of my best creative recipes. Mangoes are in season and I didn’t want to miss any such opportunity. This is an extremely simple and easy recipe unlike its looks. Just make use of white chocolates and mango purees and its done.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
200 gm compound white chocolate
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup fresh mango puree
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or using double boiler. In another bowl, whip the cream till soft peaks.
Add the white chocolate and mix well. Pour the content in a circular silicon mould. (I have an ice silicon mould I got from Paris.)
Tap the mould to release the air bubbles. Place the mould in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the mango puree. Grind the mango pulp to make puree.
Take the mould out of freezer and unmould it carefully. Clean the circumference to get a nice shape. (I didn’t as I got too excited getting the looks and forgot to sharpen.)
Using a dropper, pour in some drops of mango puree over the egg white centre.
Place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and its done.
Take this out whenever you have to consume and feel the creamy and milky texture of white chocolate and mango bite drops at the centre.
The combination of white chocolate and mango is just amazing.
